Mindful Walking

A healing session combining mindful walking and talking along with the benefits of gentle exercise in nature.

As well as the physical benefits of walking, mindful walking can create feelings of improved wellbeing, provide better sleep, improve and manage stress as we as lift our mood to allow us to react more positively when we are dealing with our day to day situations.

More importantly through nature it helps us to feel grounded and reconnects us back to ourselves giving us a sense of freedom from the day to day norms.

I offer a 60 minute session at a location agreed at the time of booking. We will walk at a pace that feels right for you with focused awareness on our thoughts, body and surroundings. I will use mindful practices to help us slowdown, ground and stabilise. At times we will stop to take in our surroundings and use our senses to explore all that nature has to offer. During the session I will use a combination of breath work techniques, meditation and reiki healing

Wear comfortable walking shoes, a waterproof jacket if the weather is unpredictable and bring along a bottle of water and your journal if you keep one.

Please note this is a walking session and not an exercise or fitness session.
