Meditation

Meditation has so many benefits, much more than just stress relief. It allows our mind to slow down from the non stop thoughts and feelings from our external world and brings us to a place of inner peace and awareness.

The benefits of having a regular meditation practice can be:

  • Increase in our sense of wellbeing

  • Reduction in symptoms of stress and anxiety

  • Improvement of the quality of our sleep

  • Can lift our mood and bring awareness to how we react to situations or conflict

  • Improves our focus and gives us more clarity

  • Increases our sense of connectedness and empathy

  • helps with letting go of angers and frustrations

  • Most importantly it helps to reconnect you back to YOU!

I offer a number of different meditation sessions either on a 1:1 basis or you can can book onto one of the group sessions. The group sessions are kept very small with between 2 - 6 people per session depending on which session/venue you book. If you are new to meditation and want to find out more or you already have a regular meditation practice and just want to do it somewhere other than your home then please feel free to come along.

All sessions are held in a comfortable and safe space. I provide everything you need and I only ask that you bring your own water, socks and a journal for making any notes after your meditation. You are more than welcome to bring your own mats, cushions, blankets and eye masks etc if you prefer.

£10 - 90 minutes Group of 6 (Currently held once a month, on a Monday evening in Swimbridge)

£10 - 60 minutes - Group of 3/4 (Held in Landkey every other Friday Morning from 10am)

£18 - 60 minutes 1:1 Soul Session inc Relaxation, Meditation with oracle card readings. (Held in Landkey)
