Chakra Energy Healing
This treatment brings the body’s seven main Chakras into alignment through the use of reiki healing and the use of healing crystals. This 30 minute treatment leaves you feeling calm and balanced, resulting in an increased feeling of wellbeing.
What happens during a treatment?
If it is your first appointment I will ask you to complete a short form. I will then have a brief conversation with you to discuss any concerns or requests.
It is important that you feel comfortable and relaxed during your treatment, so I would advise you to wear loose comfortable clothing. You will remain fully clothed during the treatment.
You will lie on a padded treatment couch or if you would feel more comfortable, you can be seated. Your comfort and needs are always my main consideration. Before the session begins, I will scan your energy field by placing my hands over your body and the areas where the main chakras are located. This will tell me where there are imbalances.
If required I will place healing crystals on your chakras and then place my hands above or lightly over them allowing the Reiki energy to flow through.
A chakra energy healing treatment lasts for approximately 30 minutes although your first appointment may take slightly longer.
